Gurugram is a much more suitable city to live in the COVID-19 era as compared to the national capital considering aspects of population density, open area ratio & the amount of health care facilities. In this pandemic, nothing safe than your own space, and your own space is more acceptable than living with insecurities in a rented house.
Gurugram has come out as a sought-after reality hotspot – due to its connectivity to Delhi via IGI. The factors such as open area ratio, population density, and the number of hospitals is more important than the distance from work to decide where homebuyers want to live during COVID-19.
Gurugram has become the “choice first” in the residential segment because of its low population density, vibrant health & social infrastructure, open space ratio, hospital infrastructure.

Gurugram has becoming favourite city for residence in NCR now, as it has open spaces of around 40-50% of the total city area, 4200 people per square km population density which is relatively very low against other NCR.
